Graphics: Graphics created by efgraphics are the property of efgraphics and may not be used or reproduced in any manner. Some graphics used are either under license from the the original author or collected from free public domain sites, and efgraphics does not hold the copyrights to the graphics, as these rights belong to the original author.

Some of our services, such as hosting and e-mail accounts, are sold on a pre-paid basis at the agreed upon rate at the time of ordering. An e-mail and letter will be sent reminding you to renew approximately two weeks prior to your account's renewal date. The correspondence will be sent to the most current client e-mail and physical address, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure that valid contact information is provided and updated if necessary. If you fail to promptly pre-pay, we will terminate your service on the renewal due date. In the event you violate any of our above policies and your service is terminated, in addition to all other fees, you will be charged a $100 investigation and research fee. There is a $50 processing fee to reinstate an account closed due to non-payment, this fee does not guarantee the data on the account prior to termination will be retrievable.
The individual services that we offer (hosting, corporate e-mail, e-commerce, shopping carts, search engine submission, etc.) are offered to current design clients ONLY and cannot be purchased without being a current website design client. Our former design clients that have switched to another design firm will NOT have these individual services renewed and must seek such services elsewhere.

3rd Party Vendors: Although efgraphics facilitates the overall establishment of internet web sites by providing the customer assistance and facilitation of different sectors of internet site establishments (efgraphics, domain registration, domain hosting), efgraphics cannot be held responsible for the failure of ANY aspect of performance stemming from services that are provided by separate entities not affiliated to CECS, such as domain providers, registrars, and efgraphics banking institutions. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIRD PARTY PRODUCT AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON THE EFGRAPHICS.COM WEB SITE. EFGRAPHICS FORMS PARTNERSHIPS OR ALLIANCES WITH SOME OF THESE VENDORS FROM TIME TO TIME IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO YOU. HOWEVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AT NO TIME IS EFGRAPHICS MAKING ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD PARTY'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, NOR WILL EFGRAPHICS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. YOU HEREBY DISCLAIM AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS AND CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST EFGRAPHICS WITH RESPECT TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Liability: EFGRAPHICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS AS A RESULT OF EFGRAPHICS'S ACTION OR FAILURE TO ACT. EFGRAPHICS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES EFGRAPHICS PROVIDES. EFGRAPHICS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY OF SUCH SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DELAYS, NON-DELIVERIES, WRONG DELIVERY, AND ANY AND ALL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS YOU MAY SUFFER WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY EFGRAPHICS OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR VENDORS.
